Aurora Bank FSB (New York, NY), hired in December 2011 by the Chief Risk Officer as an Enterprise Risk Officer with responsibility focused on Bank Risk Governance and the implementation and execution of an Enterprise Risk Management Program, which includes a Risk Assessment and Identification Program, Risk Appetite Framework, and Enterprise-Wide Dashboard Reporting for both Retail and Commercial banking products.

Daniele Foods (Providence, RI), hired in 2010 to manage a manufacturing plant of 100+ employees that specialize in producing dry cured Italian meat products for both domestic and international markets. Implemented a new gas flush packaging product line that accounted for more than 30% of total plant production. Facilitated successfully the preparation of the plant, including people and processes, to be certified under the Safe Quality Food Standard, which was received in May 2011.

RBS Citizens Bank (Providence, RI), since joining in 2001, spent 9 years in various positions of increasing responsibility across functional areas. In 2008, promoted to Vice President and Senior Risk Manager for all Consumer and Business Banking portfolio totaling $70B in assets. In this capacity, I was responsible for operational risk, business continuity, credit policy, risk appetite management, governance, analytics, new initiatives, and execution of directives and changes across the organization.
