• Manage 5010 rejections and resolve as needed to facilitate timely claim processing

Special Projects
Responsible for eCW’s workforce development initiative in support of the ARRA /HITECH Act, developed a certificate-level training program for delivery to the Worcester Public School System.
The program consisted of user guides, training manuals, and the training of an instructor who teaches the course as part of the Worcester Public School System’s continuing education program. As of this writing, 60 students have completed the program and five students are now employed in health related fields.
