This project will help in delivering consistent, timely, and relevant enterprise messages .One of the goals for Consumer Engagement Engine project is to build a robust and flexible infrastructure which is scalable to support implementation of different kind of opportunities from all the different channels at CVS Caremark.
Key Responsibilities As Test Lead/Manager:
• Involved in early phases of Project life cycle including test planning.

For the benefit of Cisco and its customers, Cisco initiated the project to change the Early Ship Flag (ESF) definitions and shipping rules. Based on Customer preference, Cisco can ship products prior to the request date or promise date or Cisco cannot ship products earlier than 3 business days prior to the promise date. The goal of the ESF definition changes project is to understand customer needs and provide a clear way for customers to communicate their shipping preference and to design Cisco’s shipping rules around their preference.

• Involved in all the phases of Project life cycle including the analysis phase, to ensure testing needs are correctly identified and that the processes are defined and followed throughout the project.
