• Primary responsibilities are to ensure the safety of all customers and inflight crew members aboard the aircraft. Conduct all preflight check including to ensure all safety equipment is operating to code, report to captain the condition of the aircraft, ensure all catering has been done properly, and inspect aircraft doors and greet all customers as they board the aircraft. Once inflight, ensure all customer needs are tended to, provide beverage and snack service, conduct a walk through periodically to ensure customer safety. Constantly aware of my surroundings. Upon descent make sure all trash items are discarded, ensure customers are seated and safety belts are secured with snack tray and seat upright and locked and all electronic items are turned off.

• Primary responsibilities were to build reservations for customers, check in customers, troubleshoot reservations, working the gates and loading customers, and make sure we have on time performance.
