Research on the Direct Methanol Fuel Cell (DMFC), Team Leader Aug 2011- Dec 2011

Conducted a background in order to get deeper inside of DMFC.

Investigated several material of exchange membrane of DMFC that can enhance the performance from 21.62%-4.27%.

Designed a hypothetical Ipad in the future using DMFC collaborated with other teammates.

Laboratory Airflow Organization Simulation, Team Member Feb 2009- May 2010

Developed a simulation Frameworks of an office room with Fluent.

Based on each flow chart by adjusting its inlet and outlet, tried to achieve better human comfortness.

Designed a human comfort experiment in lab and collected more than 50 feedbacks, and then adjusted the temperature and flow speed to receive 65% more satisfactory feedback.

Independent Design: Energy Saving Apartment Design Feb 2010- Jun 2010

Investigated the Japanese Air conditioning technologies in energy-saving buildings and get better understanding of the advantages of advanced technology.

Established several schemes of air conditioning system based on the function of rooms.

Analyzed the final costs of each scheme as well as their advantages and disadvantages.

Designed air conditioning system for the building (under floor air Supply and CAV) that can save energy from 65% to 80% more than national Standard.

Intern Assistant Dalian, China

Direct assistant with the project manager , responsible for assessment of the air conditioning of new Dalian gymnasium project, which had an overall budget of 0.7 billion dollars.

Benchmarked information of different types of gymnasium all around world, and then combined and chose the air conditioning system for Dalian gym.

Formulated the final cost assessment that suppose save 30% than traditional air conditioning system and got better human comfortness.
