Safety Environmental Manager / QC Manager:
Oversee the Safety programs for all New Jersey pipe plant operations
Perform or schedule any safety or environmental training for plant personnel.
Conduct and oversee the communications with various government agencies concerning safety and environmental issues.
Review and maintain records of training of plant personnel for safety compliance.
Complete JSA and hazard analysis for each plant and each jog.
Train and assist plant employees in the writing of standard operating procedures and visual operating procedures.
Train plant employees on the writing of LOTO procedures.
Review all LOTO procedures to ensure that are adequate for each piece or equipment.
Review and update all safety to ensure they meet OSHA compliance.
Investigate and review all accident, near miss or potential hazards. Work with other team members to determine the best practical solutions to prevent accident or injury.
Coordinate with workmen comp issues and set up doctor visits and other treatment requirements
Oversee and organize the safety committees.
Supervise all safety coordinators at NJ pipe plants.
Oversee all aspects of QC programs for NI pipe plants
