I work in the internet department for Macys.com as a CSR. This position consist of helping customers with placing orders, registering on line, tracking of orders and any other problem, or concerns they may have with their Macy’s account.
2006 - 2007 Northwest Airlines
Making reservations and rescheduling flights for customers, resolving issues that aroused from delays and missed flights. This position required a great deal of customer interaction and problem resolving. I loved this job but the shift (2am) was just to hard on me physically, and there was no possibility of changing the shift for 1 year or more.
2000 - 2006 Autoway Dodge
I worked as the Assistant to the Finance and Insurance Director for six (6) years. This position required that I keep and maintain CIT (contracts in transit), status five, warranty cancellations and submits, cleaning & billing all new and used car deals, general clerical work, NVDR’s for the tracking of MPA monies from Chrysler for the dealership and the tracking of all inventory to the store. Proficient in ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds, Word, Excel, Power Point, Dealer Connect, Dealer Track and Dealer Central.
1997 - 2000 Data Entry, Aspen Marketing
This was a work from home position. It required that I pick up tapes from Aspen Marketing, and transcribe them on to a computer from home the e-mail back the transcriptions. This was piece work for major companies like Bayer, Colgate, Tylenol and Excedrin etc. I really like this job and the pay was excellent to start, but as people became more computer savvy the work load decreased.
