Training Director, 1992-2010 Began as a training coordinator, worked with contractors to promote apprenticeship and training. Oversee on the job training and related instructional of all apprentices. In 2003 promoted to fulfill a broad range of training functions. Supervise the day to day operations of the program. Nine full time support staff and seven instructors. Designed and implemented Four week (160 hour) truck driving CDL program. Including loading/unloading lowboy trailers. Developed Construction (high reach) Forklift training.

Heavy Equipment- Operating Engineers Local 302 1982 to 1992, Former Vice-president & Conductor. Graduated from apprenticeship program in 1984. Worked for large commercial contractors such as Becthal, Kewit, Moretenson, and Sicklsteel Crane. Ran Tower cranes, mobile cranes and wireless/remote controlled tower. Hundreds of hours running high reach Forklifts.
