Major Accomplishments:
Instituted a new development business focusing on retail and multi-family units in which 370 apartments, 200,000 square foot office complex, and a 50,000 square foot health club were developed.
Oversaw the Princeton Redevelopment project consisting of 73 apartments, 22,000 square feet of retail, and a 525-car parking garage (development was across the street from Princeton University). This was an environmentally stressed property that was cleaned up and converted to a high-end mixed use development.
