Acquired land, zoned and master planned projects that were converted from industrial use to high end commercial and residential properties. Built and cultivated strong business relationships with lending institutions, local, state and government agencies as well as architects, engineers and consultants.

Major Accomplishments:

Instituted a new development business focusing on retail and multi-family units in which 370 apartments, 200,000 square foot office complex, and a 50,000 square foot health club were developed.

Oversaw the Princeton Redevelopment project consisting of 73 apartments, 22,000 square feet of retail, and a 525-car parking garage (development was across the street from Princeton University). This was an environmentally stressed property that was cleaned up and converted to a high-end mixed use development.
