SAP Project Manager 2005 - 2006
• Managed the successful conversion and implementation from the legacy manufacturing system to SAP.
• Coordinated, trained and tested all of the 400 St Augustine employees, involved in the conversion, through the utilization of “Train the Trainer.”
• Planned, communicated, and coordinated issues and events with the consultants and corporate team.
Sales and Marketing / Financial Analyst 2003 - 2005
• Provided support, information, and training to over 60 salespeople, in eleven facilities.
• Created, documented, trained, and administered a sales database.
• Lead a team in the development and execution of “Sales Best Practices.” Provided training to all inside / outside salespeople.
Information Systems Manager 2000 – 2003
• Managed the programming and help desk staff.
• Reviewed requested software changes, scheduled, tested and documented modifications.
• Instituted the “Super User” philosophy by selecting or hiring lead people for each U.S. facility.
MAC-PAC (ERP system) Project Manager 1998 - 2000
• Managed timelines, programmers, consultants, and implementation teams for four U.S. facilities and provided alternative plans, as required.
• Chaired the Steering Committee meetings with senior management and acted as the arbitrator between the businesses and senior management.
• Documented, trained and supported over 150 users.
MAC-PAC Team / Sales and Distribution Specialist 1996 - 1997
• Identified and communicated all sales and customer issues to ensure minimal disruption to normal business practices.
• Lead, trained, and represented the four U.S. Sales departments in the implementation.
