Objective
I believe one has to love what they do for a living, day to day, in order to put their heart and soul into their career. The culinary arts, in my opinion, is a wonderful opportunity-filled medium to share ones’ self with others on a personal level; it’s not just the act of nourishing physically, but nourishing spiritually through the giving of ones energy, vision, and self. I want to make a positive impact on the people I work WITH, as well as the people I work FOR. I want to learn from my work experience and to be able to, in return, contribute my personal perspective and energy.
