Duties:
Received inbound calls. My responsibilities were to troubleshoot phone problems, assisted customers with new phone services, and billing concerns. I also assisted with mentoring new employees. I had to document data into template. I also had to adhere to call center metrics (schedule adherence, call handle time etc.) I have the ability to type 50 wpm. I have the ability to be very flexible, friendly and sensitive to customers needs. I also received customer service training.
Shoe Station 2007-2009
I assisted customers in selecting shoes and purses. I also stacked boxes, assisted with inventory of shoes, sorted and organized shoes, stocked shelves.
