Hard Rock Tool (2002 to 2009): Started at Phoenix store as a store manager. Increased revenue from $30,000 a month to almost $150,000 a month in first year.
Shortly thereafter was promoted to Territory Manager and asked to go to Chicago to turn around a dying market. Increased sales there and expanded sales into Wisconsin, Indiana, Illinois and Michigan. Eventually opening a store in the Grand Rapids Michigan area as well as adding outside sales routes in all areas.
Then moved to San Antonio increased a small sales route out of the Dallas store that was run a few times a month to a $60,000 a month route in the San Antonio and Austin markets.
Generated enough new revenue to open a store in the Austin market. Increasing sales to almost a $100,000 a month in a few short months.
