o Analyzed requirements, designed and developed various intelligent network service features such as charging of data calls, voice calls and SMS calls for customers like Vodafone Australia, BSNL India, GO Mobile Malta using LiteSCE and Java.

o Designed and developed ‘DailySIM’ a intelligent network service that would generate statistics of call details of every user of Vodafone Australia on a daily basis using C, Sql and shell scripting.

o Supported the integeration of the ‘DailySIM’ service and data call services for Vodafone Australia during customer acceptance and ‘GO Live’.

o Trained the front-office team at Vodafone Australia on ‘DailySIM’ service and resolved many fault reports after ‘GO Live’.

o Mentored freshers from both Aricent and Alcatel-Lucent and provided them training on telecom concepts and Alcatel-Lucent intelligent network services.
