Project Description:

Mobile proxy server implementation is a mobile solution for registering complaints through mobile for computerized customer care and servicing unit. And a New approach is used for this process to minimize the workload of database server.

Here Java RMI concept was used to locate the remote server for particular customer ID authentication and registers complaints to the remote server corresponding to location of the customer registered the complaint.

Responsibilities:

• Design & programming with J2ME,J2EE

• Involved in customer and admin modules.

• Developing Project according o the requirement documentation provided.
