Empowered with secretarial duties, excel reporting, estimating, monthly bank draws on large projects between 22 and 44 million dollars which included reviewing each subcontractors draw to make sure each submittal which included reviewing each subcontractors draw to make sure each submittal would be accepted by the bank. Completed two 300 unit projects and assisted in closeout of an additional 700 units
