• Meat processing facility producing raw, partially and fully cooked beef and pork products for McDonald’s, Wal- Mart, and Sonic.
• Manage two Operation Managers and nine production managers and three hundred production associates.
• Responsible for all production receiving, and shipping areas for Beef and Pork operations.
• Ensure all production employees follow company SSOP and HACCP programs.
• Provide support to Operation Managers, Production Managers, Associates, and the QA department in meeting daily
production yields and product specifications.

Leads reconnaissance or advance party on missions,
Assists in vehicle placement when mounted, lays mortars for firing.
Controls the Firing Direction Center and issues FDC orders.
Determines and applies meteorological corrections for firing data.
Establish and maintains situation maps, supervised all missions.
