• Maintain specialized equipment for thirty-six Wendy’s restaurants in Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point, and surrounding areas, as member of three-person maintenance team. Communicate with other technicians to identify and resolve recurring issues.

• Respond to calls, troubleshoot problems, and perform repairs on heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems, ice machines as well as grills, fryers, pressure cookers, ovens, and frozen dessert equipment (Sani-Serve and Taylor brands). Identify projects requiring outside sources and coordinate activities with contractors on major repairs and installations.
