• Bank of America: Local sales team needed a CRM solution to fully capture sales opportunities. Identified and secured initial opportunity, developed a business case that identified additional needs, expanding the scope of the project to include three departments. Impact: $2.4 million contract.
• UBS/Paine Webber: Local division had an unwieldy, inefficient legacy CRM system. Identified the opportunity to increase efficiencies using JD Edward’s CRM technology, worked with sales team to close the contract. Impact: $2.1 million contract, as well as full end-user adoption, which had never been achieved with the legacy system.
