• Project Manager for the innovative SMART Tool development that enabled non- technical users to make web configuration updates via an intuitive user interface using the Wizard approach. This was the first generation of SMART tools that was then later deployed to South America, Europe, Asia Pacific and China markets.

Mary Kay Inc 2000 – 2008
Order Entry 3.0, 2005 – June 2008 - Project and Product Manager for the development of the Order Entry 3.0 (Online Ordering/Customer Service) product suite to International Markets comprising of India and the Asia Pacific Region. Managed offshore team of Business Analysts and Developers. Worked closely with business owners, project team and management to identify resource requirements, milestones and high-level requirements. Created and maintained the project plan including estimates, staffing plan, schedule and tracking team progress to ensure project tasks are completed as scheduled. Successfully trained end users and launched in India in September 2007 and set the platform for the Asia Pacific Launch.
SMART Tool, 2005 – 2006 - Project Manager for the development of the SMART Tool application for Argentina, Mexico, China and U.S. markets. The application allowed non-IT staff to update and maintain configuration files and potentially deploy to development, staging and production environments. This revolutionary application saved the company time and resources for application deployments.
Online Ordering 2.0, 2004 – 2005 - Worked as the Lead Business Analyst for the implementation of the Online Ordering 2.0 system for Argentina, Mexico and Brazil markets. This entailed working closely with international markets and management to identify resource requirements, milestones and high-level requirements. Created the project plan including estimates, staffing plan, schedule, risk management plan, communication plan and quality assurance plan. Tracked team progress to ensure project tasks were completed as scheduled, conducted SCRUM status meetings and created status reports for upper level management and executives.
Telemony Conversion to Clear Commerce - 2003 - Project involved conversion of 8 legacy applications from using Telemony, old credit card service, to Clear Commerce. As the Lead Business Analyst, worked closely with the different user groups to define requirements, analyze existing process and propose more efficient means of working. Maintained project plan, team tasks, rollout schedule, management status reports and conducted training for each of the user groups. Project milestones were delivered as scheduled with minimal issues reported.
Seminar Sales Booth - 2003 - Lead Business Analyst for a 4 phase initiative which involved several business/user stakeholder groups. Project involved automating a manual order fulfilling and inventory tracking process. Completed requirements, design and development for all phases on time and with no issues. Effectively communicated to all user groups involved in project as well as management team within IST of project status. Project was extremely successful which delivered over all higher customer satisfaction as well as more accurate fulfilling and tracking capabilities. Plan to use and improve this year’s model for future Seminars.
MKConnections – 2003 - 2004 - Project Manager for e-Business division of the MKConnections eCommerce site. Coordinated web site updates with the Business Owners for quarterly contests as well as image and text changes, feedback and enhancement requests as well as maintained project plan, team tasks and release status.
Project Matrix – 2001 - 2003 - Project involved conversion of core order entry legacy applications to the new Microsoft dot net technology. As a Business Analyst, formulated project business requirements document, analyzed business processes with developers and discussed feasibility aspects, utilized Rational Rose to translate requirements document and business processes into sequence diagrams. Trained and supported end users during and after implementation. Today, majority of E-Business applications use this Matrix engine. Continue to effectively manage support calls, enhancement requests, branch month end closing activities and user communication.
Customer Credit Card Sales (ProPay, USA) – 2001 - 2002 - Project dealt with allowing Consultants to accept credit cards on their Personal Web Sites. The credit card authorization process was handled by an outside Vendor (ProPay USA). As the Lead Business Analyst, Maintained and managed project plan, individual team tasks, resolved issues, monitored progress and prepared weekly status reports. Formulated and maintained project business requirements and documentation. Designed User Interface screens with key stakeholders and marketing group. Responsible for coordinating testing, publishing and pilot activities and communication and coordination of activities between Vendor and the E-Business team. The Personal Web Site program users efficiently the credit card feature to increase revenue and manage their business.
