Having 2 plus year of experience in Engineering & designs (DEPT). I have extensively worked on calculation part. My exposure to all these calculations have a good grip over belt conveyor, belt bucket elevator, chain bucket elevator & screw conveyor calculations and also coordinating with Estimation and costing for proposals.

JOB RESPONCIBILITES:
I) PROPOSALS:
I am handling & Co-coordinating of coast estimation based on the bid layout.
I am handling & Co-coordinating of technical specification based on the capacity & equipment.
I am handling & Co-coordinating of weight calculations for gallarys, trestles, junction towers, etc
I am handling & Co-coordinating of proposal layout between targets.
II) DESIGN AND SELECTION:
A) BELT CONVEYOR:
Design of conveyor belt speed based on capacity
Design of effective tension calculations
Design of power based on effective tension & selection of gearbox, couplings.
Design of belt tension, tail tension & counter weight based on effective tension.
Design of pulley bearing diameter based on the torque & deflection.
Design of working tension on belt.
Design of power for shuttle movement of shuttle belt conveyor.
I have knowledge of working principle of de-pan conveyor.
Design and selection of belt
B) SCREW CONVEYOR:
Design of capacity based on the equipment.
Design of power based on the equipment and selection of gear box.
Design of deflection based on equipment.
Design of r.p.m based on equipment.
III) FOLLOW UP:
Group discussions with team about new projects.
Interact with customer / consultant to getting the approval for drawings
Checking the layout, G.A & Part drawings.
Checking the all technical specification according to J.E.O
Checking the technical documentation (indenting), work orders & bills.
Follow up with purchase department according to P.O’s & indents.
Follow up vendors for deliveries.
Involving in commissioning activities.
Building team to provide quality and efficiency in work.
Using feed back to improve performance.
Maintaining the records & status reports.
If any clarifications go to site and analyze the problem.

Requirement in terms TPH, conveyor length.

Client : M/s ANDRA CEMENT & WEST COAST PAPER MILL
Role : CALCULATION
Description : It is used to convey the material to the required pleases at the direction of vertical motion. It is mainly used in lime handling Plants, coal handling plants and ext. In this project I can extremely do all capacity calculations, power calculations, tension calculations, bearing diameter calculations and I have know bucket selection & casing selection Requirement in terms TPH, elevator length.

Description : It is used to convey the material to the required pleases at the direction of inclination motion. It is mainly used in sugar plants, ash handling and ext. In this project I can extremely do all capacity calculations, power calculations, deflection calculations, R.P.M calculations Requirement in terms TPH, screw length.

Project Name : SHUTTLE CONVEYOR

Description : It is used to convey the material to the required pleases by traveling motion. It is mainly used in cement plants, power plants, lime handling Plants, coal handling plants, and In this project I can extremely do all velocity calculations, power calculations, Wheel R.P.M calculations Requirement in terms TPH.
