SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS Began as body shop helper over 23 years ago and progressed from there to parts departments, retail and wholesale sales, inventory control, factory correspondence and ordering. Later promoted to receptionist/cashier responsible for A/R, customer relations, switchboard operations, invoice entries, daily deposits and account reconciliation. Promoted to Office Manager and continued until relocation. Responsibilities included tax reporting and payments, financial statement preparations, invoicing, lien payments, DMV processing as well as other related office duties. Moved into Service Writing and management. Experienced with Windows 95 and the Internet, Reynolds and Reynolds, Era, Vim Net, Burroughs and ADP computer systems. Familiar with General Motors and Ford Motor accounting systems. I have excellent administrative and supervisory skills, and a strong orientation for customer service with superior customer satisfaction index ratings. I am efficient with priorities and can multi-task to expedite and meet deadlines.
