I am an experienced educator with a unique focus on educational and financial management. I have worked with entities in both the public and private sectors with a focus on youth populations that are the hardest to serve.
I have parlayed these skills and talents into work with federally funded state programming to aid storm impacted individuals and families requiring support in a return to home restoration and resiliency.

CDBG management by attending a CDBG-DR virtual problem-solving clinic and by attending

I manage a team of seven (7) NCORR Case Managers by providing direct supervision and daily

I evaluate the daily operations and functions of the program to ensure program and applicant needs are met by ensure that new applications are uploaded from Form Assembly, applicants are called by the Case Managers per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and by ensuring that new applicants are assisted with providing the necessary program paperwork.

I have experience assessing client needs, monitoring and evaluating progress, providing continuity throughout program participation, and ensuring clients are engaged and knowledgeable of the program’s disaster management operations by assisting with the implementation of new processes; reviewing production reports; application checklist, income calculator, and eligibility summaries.
I have experience in a customer-facing role that requires close coordination with other parts of an internal team by collaborating with county entities to confirm storm damage and recovery needed for applicants in the Strategic Buyout Program and assisting the Emergency Repair Team by completing Emergency Repair Request forms with applicants, and meeting with the team to answer questions about the repairs that were made or that are being requested.
