11. Key qualifications: As a professional engineer with more than thirty years of international
experience worked in Europe, Australia, Asia, Canada, Caribbean Islands, Middle East and Asia.
I am specialized in hydrogeological investigation, potable water supply, purification, mine dewatering,
treatment of effluents and environmental investigations, protection and remediation.
Worked for small, middle and large scale companies and was involved in very wide variety of projects.
In long carrier design, supervise drilling, logging, well construction, pump test and result interpretation on
over 600 productions, exploration and monitoring wells.
Expertise in operational planning, management, evaluation and proven ability to direct and organize multi-million-dollar projects. Analytical and practical application skills in ground water assessments, data processing, analysis, interpretation, displaying and reporting as well master planning and evaluation in public water supply and management.
As a project expert involved in several projects in Europe and Middle East (MENA) financed by European Investment Bank and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Familiar in FIDIC based contract management and with EPA, WHO and with EC directive of water quality and EU standards as well with European legislation on environment and biodiversity conservation.
