Led the writing and coordination of a partnership proposal between CAO, Essex Technical Vocational Schools and United Airlines to answer the request for the New Jersey Department of Labor’s Growing Apprenticeship in Nontraditional Sectors (GAINS) grant opportunity for fiscal year 2019. Established internal systems and processes within the largest Department of Workforce Development in the State of New Jersey, to track and sustain the daily progress of the 65 person, multi-unit department
