I send out reservation of rights letter and set up recorded statements with Insured’s I work with our claims adjusters and Cause and Origin Investigators to determine potential fraud claims, and deny as needed. I have experience in background searches using Accruint and ISO. I also work with the NICB on any submitted denial of claims for fraud/material misrepresentation.
