Duties. I was an engine operator of the unit with the duties of promptly responding to emergencies regardless of weather, time and terrain. I am also a fire fighting and a fire truck driver instructor which my duties is to train troops brought ton the unit as drivers the operation and safe rules in driving a big truck like the fire truck.
Achievements. 1. United Nation Mission in Liberia 2008 as transport officer driver. 2. United Nation Interim Force in Lebanon 2009,2012 and 2014 as logistics officer driver,deputy unit fire safety warden and subsequently the unit fire and safety warden.
3. Head of Fire and Safety unit Central Command Ghana Armed Forces 2010-2023, I ensure am always on duty to respond promptly to any distress call for emergency. I also ensure the fire truck and Fire fighting motor bike and always in good working condition anytime of the day. I also take up training on fire safety, fire prevention, safe fire fighting procedure, periodic inspection of the unit to ensure there is no hazard that can cause any accident be it fire related or any form of accident.
4. United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the DRC 2016- 2017 as unit Fire and safety warden where i ensure safety and maximum fire cover in the UN compound together with the availability and good working condition of all vehicles under my care.
5. United Nation Mission in South Sudan 2023-2024 as unit fire and safety warden and driver where I closely worked with the mission fire and safety unit to give my unit the maximum fire cover at all time. I also perform day and night patrols, respond to emergencies conduct escort duties to high profile persons and dangerous goods. I also performed duty officer role which i ensure the camp is free from any incident.
6. United Nation Interim Force in Abyei 2025 as unit fire and safety warden which i closely work with the mission fire and safety unit for maximum fire cover at all time. . I also perform day and night patrols, respond to emergencies conduct escort duties to high profile persons and dangerous goods. I also performed duty officer role which i ensure the camp is free from any incident.
