Produced and designed new contract templates for all company products that cut down contracting process by over 25%, creating faster contract turnaround, which resulted in an increase in revenue.

Proactively trained the work teams on applicable regulations and set-up an in-house compliance system to drive future deployments

Advised executives on corporate governance, general corporate law, and general employment law issues.

Drafted and reviewed transactional documents for the company's N10 Billion bond repayments and ensured they are promptly paid.

Liaised and worked with the company’s subsidiary C&I Finance and external companies to facilitate a N12 Billion bond from Financial Derivatives on behalf of a renewable energy company

Actively participated in the release of MV Charis at Equatorial Guinea and facilitated the return of the company's confiscated vessel MV Charis from Equatorial Guinean Government after falsely accused of piracy.

Reviewed a previous Marine Contract and saved the company the sum of N2.1 Billion Naira after pointing out an inimical default clause.

Worked with the external solicitor on a caveat against arrest on the vessel for collusion with another vessel claiming 50 million dollars as damages.

Worked against issuing a Caveat against arrest on MV Magden Worked alone on a caveat against arrest for default in payment. Made a representation in court.

Worked with cross functional teams, provided legal advice, drafted, reviewed transactional documents, and ensured compliance with statutory regulations for the successful winding up of C&I Motors Ltd

Worked as a team in the renewal of the Franchise Agreement with Hertz London. Carried out reviews that reduced the royalties in 2017 and 2021 which resulted in $1 Million savings during the periods under review.

Reviewed the company’s Chauffeurs’ Code of Conduct matrix by streamlining the matrix to align with the company’s overall objectives and statutory regulations.
