August 2025- Current Job

As a Site Supervisor and Coach at Carolina Soccer Factory, I coordinated daily program operations to ensure a safe, organized, and engaging environment for all players. I led age-appropriate training sessions that emphasized skill development, teamwork, and confidence-building. I supervised coaching staff, provided on-site guidance, and supported smooth session transitions. I communicated consistently with parents and staff to address questions, share updates, and maintain strong relationships. As a Lil Kickers Youth Soccer Coach, I designed and led engaging, age-appropriate soccer lessons for children aged 18 months to 7 years, focusing on skill-building, teamwork, and fun. I worked as a camp counselor for three years, where I learned to develop tailored training programs, focusing on skill development, tactical understanding, and physical fitness.
