As a Site Supervisor and Coach at Carolina Soccer Factory, I coordinated daily program operations to ensure a safe, organized, and engaging environment for all players. I led age-appropriate training sessions that emphasized skill development, teamwork, and confidence-building. I supervised coaching staff, provided on-site guidance, and supported smooth session transitions.
