Managing Order Management request and inventory management.

Responsible for managing all Service Now tickets related to new services, service utilization, and service cancellations or transfer.

Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all inventory changes for Market Data services, including moves, new starters, leavers, new services, price changes, contractual changes, vendor details, vendor accounts, and all other inventory updates.

Responsible for updating exchange user counts in the vendor portal, ensuring accuracy and timely reflection of all user additions, removals, and changes. Accenture (March 2022 – August 2025)

Handling Market Data Management & IT Finance team.

Managing Reconciliation process of Invoices for more than 220 vendors including BBG Refinitiv, NYSE, FactSet and other vendors.
