As some of the medical products were requested by the customers globally through oracle portal, Agent responsibility is to check the orders and identify weather the order is shippable to the customer location and checking for the Hold and Release on the product to the locations. The complete process is performed for every three hours which is Automated and minimized the overall time.

Responsibilities:

RPA implementation using AA for web Based Application for Order details.

Identified and designed error and exception handling through emails and Logs.

Tested the robot and debugging the errors.

Scheduling the Bot for every three hours to run without manual effort.

All these processes are automated which is a daily activity pulling the reports from the web portal and SAP and matching the invoice amount preparing statements which drastically reduced the total turnaround time and increased the productivity.

Responsibilities:

RPA implementation using Automation Anywhere for GUI based automation and Desktop based applications.
