With over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, I have developed robust organizational, communication, and client support skills within fast-paced call center and office management environments.

My entire career has been in the insurance and financial financial services industry for over a decade with some of the best iconic names in the financial services industry. I have managed high volume call centers and trained new staff to handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls putting clients at ease and being ready for the next customer. I am always complimented on how well I speak, work and carry myself in public. I have been recognized for showing the consistent ability to enhance efficiency and foster positive interactions.
