like ECW,EMR,Health Mark,EPRG. Also dealt with a high call volume
of out bound calls as well as inbound would make 250 call a day to specialist
to verify if patient had been seen or have an upcoming appointment. If patient
had been seen,then try to obtain records for that visit so that we could close
out the referral. There was a group of us Referral Coordinators we would do
