Manages the Foreign Military Sales training team at the Combat Systems Engineering Development Site (CSEDS) in Moorestown, NJ. Responsible for developing curriculum and providing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to teach both classroom and waterfront training to Australia, Japan, Korea, Norway, and Canada. Accomplishments since coming on board in 2014:
Initiated the very successful introduction of Senior Level briefers for Foreign Officers attending training as CSEDS. This includes Commander, 7th Fleet, Missile Defense Agency, Commander, Destroyer Squadron 15, Commanding Officer, Aegis Training and Readiness Center, and USS Robert Smalls
Led the Lockheed training team that developed the Royal Australian Navy, Combat Systems Officer and Prospective Commanding Officer courses for the Aegis Surface Combatant (ASC)
Briefed high level Japanese Naval Officers on the capabilities and limitations of the JMSDF Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) system
Acted as lead instructor during multiple RIMPAC exercises for the Korea Navy. This includes Missile Firing Training which culminated in the skin-to-skin engagement of an anti-ship missile drone
Performed as lead instructor and test director for the Fleet Synthetic Training - Joint Exercise for the Japanese Military Self-Defense Force since 2015. This high-visibility exercise is the ultimate US/Japanese Bilateral Ballistic Missile Defense exercise in the 7th Fleet Area of Operations
Supported various training evolutions as lead instructor in Sydney Australis, Sasebo, Yokosuka, and Maizuru Japan, Busan Korea, Bergen Norway, Honolulu, Hawaii, Norfolk, Virginia, and Pensacola, Florida

Awarded an Aegis Excellence Award as a critical member of Operation Burnt Frost which shot down a wayward satellite in 2008

Managed the Spanish Navy Aegis Training program with a budget of $12 million. Developed installation, technical, and operational curriculum and led the initial courseware presentations. Provided monthly progress/status reports to the Spanish Program office and interfaced with all facets of contractor, government, and Spanish Naval personnel
Served as the Primary CO/TAO Evaluator for over 20 Aegis Pre-Commissioning CICTT evolutions. Recognized as one of the main authorities on Aegis Combat System employment
Developed the initial Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) curriculum for IOC 96 and conducted the initial crew training on two Aegis Cruisers. Received an Aegis Excellence award for my efforts
Authored and edited Computer Based Training lessons on CIC and Aegis Display System Operations and Command and Decision Weapon Doctrine

Surface Warfare Officer (1986-2013)
Over twenty-seven years of proven operational management and sound technical skills, with significant accomplishments in directing and managing operations and technical professionals.
Served almost eight years active duty in the United States Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer.
Deployed with a U.S. Navy Carrier Strike Group, Mediterranean Sea, 1988-1989 aboard the USS Voge (FF 1047) and as an Ensign, served as one of three TAOs during Strike Group operations
