As a Field Technician III, I handle products and services on a high complexity; Tier III products include large servers and mainframe computers and peripherals, large system printers and plotters, enterprise-level servers, networks and software, item processing reader/sorters and networking issues on imaging systems, high complexity networking/communication equipment.

Responsibilities include hardware maintenance, installation, network management, multi-vendor maintenance, and software support.

Perform periodic preventive maintenance routines on all products and install modifications to equipment as well as overhauls and maintenance repair, at times, this may require modular swaps and unit replacements.

In charge of resolving customer issues and/or complaints by providing quick resolutions which consist of providing on-site support or being available for emergencies to service the company’s equipment or client’s software.

Responsible for accurate and prompt reporting of calls and activity, as well as all reporting expenses incurred in the delivery of services.

Atm Install software for Bank of America, Chase Bank, Apple Bank, Key Bank, and TD Bank.

Configure software to dispense cash in chronicle order or mix order.

Troubleshoot Atm, replaced bad cassettes, card readers, harness wires, housing, and atm hood lock, and cleaned bad sensors, and replaced them.

Write reports on each job completed, keep an inventory of parts, and order parts. Call customers about my expected time of arrival and keep customers updated on Atm downtime, and when parts will arrive at the site or warehouse. Return all used parts and maintain all the parts returned on a spread sheet.

Replace dispenses on Atm, Card Readers, Safe locks, monitor screens, load software to atm, replace bad cassettes, and troubleshoot atm.

Responsible for repairing LCD Screens, keyboards, mother boards, audio, battery, and reloading software.

In charge of Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes for parts, such as rPDUs, PDUs, network switches, and field-replaceable units (PSU, fan modules, controller modules).

Run 200 cat 6a cables single and multimode fiber optic cables to switches, routers and servers.

Monitor the server via laptop to ensure that you can ping the IP addresses, router, severs is working when I receive a script from the client.
