Responsible for laminate security to verify that the number of photos taken each day matched the number of laminate plastic covers used for placing the employment authorization photos in with inventory ledgers for the number of photos taken recorded at the end of each day.

Generated employment authorization document ID cards on the Disk Operating System for processing at the fingerprint window and camera station.
Ran Central Index System checks in Access for Windows, Microsoft Windows '95, '98, and '00 for non-native applicants in order to find the correct alien registration number. Scheduled Asylum and Stokes interviews with the date, time, as well as location that was placed on the appointment notice before being sent to the applicant's home address. Matched copies of the appointment notice with the file to be delivered to the customer service window on that scheduled appointment date.
Prepared monthly aging reports with compelling reasons the files could not be sent along with lists of open applications for transferred out files requested by other service centers.
Sorted/ distributed interoffice mail to be matched with the files located in the National File Tracking System. Notified by cc mail in Microsoft Outlook the Immigration Services Officer along with that officer's supervisor for applicant/ attorney inquiries requesting that a pending decision be rendered from an interview that was previously conducted by that Immigration Services Officer.
