Sheila was my dedicated assistant for the 5 years that she was with Cushman & Wakefield, and at one point, she also supported 10-12 brokers. During the time frame from 2010 to 2012, when the real estate industry was still coming out of the recession, we were running very lean, so Sheila had a lot on her plate. She handled all travel arrangements, calendaring, coordination of events/meetings, all graphics, sales data reports in Salesforce, RFP's, tour book preparation, etc. She also headed up our Junior Achievement initiative. She had complete responsibility for orchestrating those efforts and coordinating the schedules/activities of 15 of our brokers who participated in the program.

Highly organized and very good at combining different tasks and multiple projects simultaneously. She is a self-starter and a strong independent thinker who is very good at taking direction. She didn't need to have her hands held. She is also very good at cleaning up graphics— I miss having someone with her abilities in this area. Another key strength is her ability to learn new systems quickly. She was always very grateful for opportunities to learn new things and contribute.

With a fabulous personality, she was always pleasant and well-liked by everyone. She is a strong candidate for any company looking to hire someone with her talents who will fit in well. It is my pleasure to recommend her.

Sheila and I were co-workers and collaborated on many different projects. Sheila is exceptional and loyal to a fault. She is one of those people who, "once you get her, you don't want to let her go." Sheila is very conscientious, meticulous, and detail-oriented. She is very pleasant and an overall very well-rounded employee. Her computer skills are exceptional—she helped me with a lot of things.

Sheila was well-liked - she had excellent relationships with everyone in the office. Anyone who hires Sheila will get a highly qualified, highly intelligent employee. They won't be sorry they hired her.

Sheila is a super lady. We had the opportunity to work on many different projects together. She is a very hard worker and very conscientious about what she does and how she does it. She was pretty good with various design projects. I recall that she has a degree in computer science or graphics. Her attendance was excellent; she was always at work. Sheila got along with everyone very well—I never heard anyone say anything negative about her. I would hire her! Cathy Sheppa

Re: Recommendation for Sheila Mayoral

Dear Hiring Manager,

Sheila was an excellent employee - she always went above and beyond. She was consistently at work, and nothing was ever too small or too big to handle. Sheila was one of two Word Processing Specialists who reported to me at the time, and without question, Sheila was far superior to the other individual. Everyone loved her and always went to her instead of the other person because they knew they would receive a quality product from Sheila. People took advantage of her because she would never tell them no., I warned her that she was going to wear herself out. Sheila is a sweetheart. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about her. It was a tough decision for Sheila to resign and move to Atlanta when her father had a stroke. She was very hard on herself because she is such a loyal person, and she felt she was letting me down. And of course, I didn't want to be selfish and tell her I didn't want her to leave. She obviously couldn't be in both places at the same time. If she ever decided to return to Florida, I would rehire her. I would create a position for her to come back. The company that hires her will get a gem.
