Position: Safety Officer
Job Descriptions:
Monitor all workers to ensure proper safety outfit, such as Safety Belt, Safety Shoes, Helmet, Safety Glass, Eye Goggles, Earplug, and Mask.
Daily monitoring the workers at the job site to ensure the supervisors/foremen/charge conduct Safety talks before they start the work for at least 5 to 15 minutes.
Daily monitor the workers to ensure that they are complying with the safety rules and regulations. Inspection of necessary work permits before beginning the job.
Put necessary safety precautions before starting any job.
Taking disciplinary action against employees for carelessness.
Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly inspection and monitoring all activities and facilities. Accident/incident Investigation and Reporting.
Fire prevention of all company activities, testing of smoke and heat detectors, conducting drills.
Monitor all workers to ensure proper safety outfit, such as Safety Belt, Safety Shoes, Helmet, Safety Glass, Eye Goggles, Earplug, and Mask.
Daily monitoring the workers at the job site to ensure the supervisors/foremen/charge conduct Safety talks before they start the work.

Monitor the workers in cable pulling to ensure they tie-off their lanyard to the lifeline when performing at high elevation.

Monthly inspection of moving equipment and fire extinguishers, ladders, etc.

Participate in Weekly Progress meetings.
Investigate all Fire Safety related incidents.
Conduct safety orientations for new employees and regular toolbox meetings.
Maintain contractor Safety Filing System.
Full-time Safety supervision to coordinate and monitor the company's loss prevention policy.
Supervision of construction works as per safety rules and regulations.
Maintain clean work areas, proper material storage, dust control, and oil containment measures.
