A Little Bit About Me:
Customer service is one thing that I am really good at. I treat people how I would like to be treated. I live by that motto. Also Be Respectful to Everyone You Meet. You have to give everyone respect even if they’re being mean to you, or even screaming in your face you still have to be respectful because they could be going through something you never know, and that’s how I would want to be Treated. I have been through the ringer so it’s easy for me to relate to customers and make them feel that I understand them. I’m a people person. I am goal oriented and a fast learner. Most of all I am trying to do better my life the best I can. I am a recovering addict. I have been clean for 3 years now. But I still get judged for the way I look or looked down on for being a addict even though I turned it all around. I’ve gotten custody of my children back and I am working hard so my family has a comfortable happy life. I made a lot of mistakes in the past,but my past doesn’t define me. I’m trying to be someone that my family is proud of. I Give my job everything I have. And leave any drama from home at the door. I have worked at five Below for a little over a year and a half and I love it I get to talk to people everyday and hear different stories. But my work days are pretty much non-existent. I only work one day a week for 4 hours a day and occasionally I get asked to come in when someone calls in. Also I get called names and belittled by my manager almost every time I work with her and it’s usually in front of customers. I love my job though but I can’t support my family on my income.
I am Looking for part-time or full time work. I have open availability. If given the opportunity I can start ASAP.

• I worked for Bank of America.
I would help with customer's with their accounts that have been fraudulently taken over. I would answer questions about charges that they had made charges they didn't recognize. I would help them understand fraud in general and the next steps they could do to get their money back.
I also worked for Saxon home mortgages with ACT as well. There I would help people In foreclosure or about to be foreclosed on by going above and beyond to make sure they stay in their homes and helped them to understand the foreclosure or mortgage process. I loved my job the only reason I left was a lack of transportation my engine blew on my car so getting back and forth was nearly impossible to get done.
