•Sourcing candidates on job portals and social networking sites.

•Source relevant profiles and screen them.

•Validate the profiles as per the JD provided by the Client across all skill sets.

•Making calls to candidates and enquire about their plans for a job change for the position.

•Arranging interviews for the candidates who have been shortlisted for the position.

•Describing about the job duties responsibilities, salary and other benefits to the candidates.

•Receiving and replying to the mails received by the candidates for a vacancy with the client.

•Preparing tracker on excel sheet of candidates from scheduling of interview to generation of offer letter to the joining with the client.

•Preparing own data base of potential candidates.
