HR and Admin Executive

Senior Payroll Tax Analyst

• Paying tax to Agency on behalf of the Client.

• Time Keeping for Payroll purpose (Daily, Weekly, Bi-weekly, Semi-Monthly & Monthly)

• Managing process documentations and generating Daily, Weekly & Monthly payroll tax detailed reports.

• Auditing all the reports (checklists, payment reports, funding reports) for quality before delivering them to client.

Deposit and Balancing Analyst:

Associate imports and balances the periodic payroll files. Responsibility includes executing payments for deposits and requesting funding. This role is also responsible for periodic balancing of YTD and QTD balances from the tax filing software (Master Tax) to the payroll system. Additional duties include maintaining accurate data in Master Tax for the company profile and tax setup, setting up ACH payments and execution of Power of Attorney documents for new tax code setups. Agency Relations Analysts and Leads:

These roles are responsible for responding to agency requests and notices. This involves researching, determining root cause, correspondence related to explanations and requests for abatement of penalty and payment execution if needed. At quarter end, these analysts also create and file the quarter end returns. At year end, this role is also responsible for annual reconciliation and reporting to the agencies. Additional responsibilities include filing amended returns and any compliance related to W-2Cs.

Time Keeping:

Updating Employee worked hours as per there time sheet which includes there standard hour worked over time hour. Time keeping places an important role in payroll process. With the help of it pay checks were print for employees. 4. SERCO BPO (October 2012- September 2014)

Customer Service Executive Later Promoted as Quality Verifier

• Worked for a process named “ONE ASSIST”

• Dealing with Card and Mobile Theft/Damage Protection

• Handling Registered customer calls

• Generating leads and converting them to potential customers including retention of customers who would opt for cancellation
