Process Assistant 11/2019-3/2020

Responsible for running all aspects of the dock, checking in trucks, moving trucks from the yard with the YMS system, auditing trucks while in slots using OCULUS, familiar with WBS, coded labor shares when help was needed for prepping. Checked in and received pallets using Zebra scan guns, also loaded and unloaded trucks, trained using rc forklift, tugger electric pallet jack, dbl walkie and order picker. TDR trained

Career Highlights

Implemented a drop-zone method for everyone bringing damages from there area, instead of just dropping and going, thus transforming Damage Land into a well-organized and safe area; received Bar Raiser pin from General Manager for this transformation.

Responsible for sorting and routing of packages, induction, flex check-in, returns and some trouble shooting and stowing.

Career Highlights

DTN2 was my first Launch, a Carnival tent, part time associate, I grew with this building and became very impressed with Amazon and wanted to learn even more.

Verified and kept records on incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepared items for shipment be weight and measurements, order fulfillment, stocking and replenishment, read shipping orders to determine quantity and type of transportation needed, contacted carrier representative to make arrangements and issue instructions for loading products, also mailed bills type correspondence and kept files.
