Duties
Supervise every running of the antenatal/maternity unit to ensuring service provision in accordance with international best practices and treatment protocols
Ensure the unit has the appropriate complement of human resources, organize and oversee the team's duties, assess their performance, and identify the need for staff capacity building and ensure continuous medical education.
