1.Oversee the 4 Parent offices and their 16 branches for Skilled and now recently Personal Care Services with the assistance of the 2 Administrators and 2 Area Managers

2.Assist with the budget process for all 20 offices and setting Goals and objectives

3.Assures that all regions are operating in compliance with State and/or federal regulations

4.Ensure that the agency has an ongoing Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement program designed to objectively and systematically monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of patient care, resolve identified problems and improve patient care

5.Participate in all ISDH surveys and assist in writing all Plans of correction if needed. Participate in all education/corrections for survey

6.Participate in random chart audits to assure compliance within the offices on documentation

7.Approve PTO, Payroll, Expenses, Handle all payroll issues

8.Approve all IR’s prior to submission

9.Meets with referral agency representatives on a regular basis to resolve problems, improve services, promote business and assure compliance with program requirements
