Work Experience with VAOS OIL FIELD SERVICES CO. LTD.

(in details from 2000-2004): CIVIL ENGINEER/SUPERVISOR Managed Engineering Projects and Company Camps:

BEN GHASHEER CAMP: Co. Camp included Accommodation Blocks for European Staff’ Engineers, Employees and other Manpower, Warehouse Building, Containers’ Storage Area, European Staff Mess hall, Camp Boss House and Mechanical Workshop, Project finished after 18 month from start. GENERAL MAINTENANCE FOR THE MAIN OFFICE:

Included replacement of floor tiles, complete new toilets with all accessories, internal & external painting, and building new extensions for the Main Office including 6 new offices completely with all their furniture.

Also the project included installation of new Pre-Fabricated 6 Flats for the staff employees who they work in the Head Office. All Flats delivered with complete furniture and electric facilities. NEW HEAD OFFICE BUILDING:

ON THE YEAR 2005, the Company Management decided to construct new building at its new location and I was assigned for this task as the Site Supervisor.

The work included site reparations, leveling and backfilling, compacting, projecting of the building plans on the ground, Excavation works for the foundations and installing of the three pre-fabricated Office Buildings (European Style).

And also, the 2 floors’ concrete building which will be assigned for the Co. Manager and the leading Staff of the Co. and the project is still on-going.

1998 -2000 ACTING SITE SUPERVISOR

AT RAS LAUF TERMINAL

I was managing the maintenance works for repairing of Fiber- Glass Water Line at the Utility Plant in the Sea Water In-Take location.

All the cracked areas were repaired according to the latest procedures and techniques of the Concrete Foundation Repair. Other Civil Works like replacement of concrete foundation at the Polyethylene Production Unit. The works were executed with extreme safety Regulations.

All the works in this Project were finished before the planned date of Completion.

VEBA OIL OPERATIONS WAREHOUSE AT RAS LANUF

TERMINAL:

I managed the Project of the complete replacement of the Galvanized sandwich panel roof and 700 Square Meters from the side walls with all necessary facilities like Rain Gutters and sewage pipe system.

1995-1998 TOBRUK REFINERY (AGOCO):

AS A CIVIL SUPERVISOR/SURYEYOR for the project of

installation of the desalination plant and the water disposal line, control building for the Plant. Works included site reparation works; foundation works’ installation for the equipments, installation of the Pipe Line with all its works, like: welding, G. Blasting, Painting Works, Pipe Supports’ Fabrication, Casting and installation works.

Project was finished one month early than the planned date of completion.

THE OTHER PROJECT was interconnecting of pipe line of 8 tanks including foundation works, road crossing, manholes and valve pits.

The Pipe Line was from the jetty to the Tanks Farm. ALSO the project included construction of new concrete ring beam for three 55000 BBL Tanks, replacement of Bottom Plates, Roof Plates, welding, Blasting and Painting works.

ANOTHER PROJECT was replacement of the Flare Line

Concrete Foundation completely (Works commenced while the line is under operation).

1994 – 1995 IN TRIPOLI:

I was supervising construction of a new swimming pool for A VIP: The area of the pool was of 200 Sq. M. and the pool was designed according to the latest technologies of construction modern swimming pools.

Construction of the new pool included construction of pump house, sand filters, chloride unit, underwater lighting and heating system.

1992 – 1994 IN TRIPOLI:

I worked in the Batching Plant as Batching Plat Supervisor and I was monitoring each amount of the concrete ordered by the Contractor and testing it according to the latest standards. At the same area of foundation reinforcement was pre-fabricated according to the client’s requirements and approved drawings prior casting them on the site.

- General Construction Experience in both large and small organizations within the Oil & petrochemical industries: Initially trained as a surveyor and developed experience in mechanical & Civils progressing to the foreman, then acting supervisor.
