• H2S leak noticed form nozzles connections, connected bolts are found corroded and H2S gas leak noticed recommended to replace the bolts with High priority notification (measured gas was 20 PPM during the inspection).
• Closed Drain line flange bolted connection with sour water leak was noticed, bolts was replaced with High Priority.
• Amine Fin fan cooler plug leaks was noticed during the Onstream inspection recommended for Tightening the bolts.
• No of pin holes leaks noticed from the steam lines (Elbows, impingement locations) recommended for Temporary repair and replacement where possibility is there with line isolation.
• Apart from above recommendations damaged insulation replacement, steel structure painting repair locations, identify the bolts missing locations, flange connections leaks, gland leak arresting, PSV leaks during the online .
