● Assist with the physician suspension process by printing, stuffing and sending out notice letters directed, making reminder calls, or recording suspension data in meditech.
● Assist physicians with questions related to Horizon Patient Folder
(HPF) and the physician portal issues that may arise.
● Maintains established productivity and quality standards.

Aone CIT committee — Care Innovation and Transformation Elected to be a part of the committee with a group of 8 individuals that represented not only Methodist hospital, but San Antonio, Texas. Traveled to different states and presented our presentation to the audience with our ideas and investigation for a better process for the hospital. Collaborated with nurses and the director of our unit twice a week.
