Job Description:
I was performing holistic nursing care to the patients. Admissions and Discharge of patients, assessment, and evaluation of vital and ensuring strict compliance with early warning signs to prevent deterioration of patients, patient and family education. Job Objectives:
Ensure quality implementation of delivery of SMC services at the community level by HFW/supervisors and CHWs through the timely delivery of SMC commodities and supplies.
Provision of supportive supervision, training and documentation of program activities.
