Receive, process and manage work order requests from hiring managers. Monitor fulfillment and escalate as appropriate.
Provide feedback to Suppliers as it relates to open work orders and their employee’s interview. Process work authorizations and ensure Suppliers have signed and returned all appropriate forms. Respond to day-to-day issues that arise with suppliers relating to client and IQN process.
Facilitate initial placement at client site which can include conducting a client approved orientation, making space and security log-on requests, and obtaining badges. Involved in performance issues, rate adjustments and extensions. Facilitate and monitor replacement process when appropriate. The Staffing Specialist does process end of assignment for the contractor.
