I'm currently the supervisor. I started as a regular associate and moved my way up to supervisor. I started as a stager, which required me to identify product and relocate pallets to it's designated area. After mastering that I was promoted to a loader. As a loader I was responsible for making sure proper product was loaded on the correct trucks. Going from different areas of the warehouse to assure all product set to load on my truck was loaded and secured. Upon mastering that I was promoted to loading lead. In which I began training new starts and overseeing daily tasks to completion and reporting all completing times to my supervisor in a timely fashion. After excelling in that position I was then promoted to supervisor in which I was held responsible for overseeing the entire cooler loading prices from beginning to end. I was responsible for all activities surrounding the loading process as well as keeping a count of product availability and shelf life.
